True Blue wishes all its members and mates a happy and safe Christmas and New Year. Thankyou for your continued support throughout 2008 and we look forward to another great year of painting with great friends.Thank you for taking the time to visit our website.
The inspiration of our name came about when we were first discussing the possibility of starting the group and at the same time becoming a chapter of Society of Decorative Painters (SDP) based in Witchita, Kansas, USA. During our discussion we had a John Williamson CD playing in the background and decided the words from his well known song “True Blue” represented the ideals we were looking for in our group.
As you browse through our website, we hope you feel inspired to pick up a paint brush. To many, decorative painting can mean a lot of things. A source of relaxation, to some a way of life, to some a hobby, but to most it is a wonderful way of making new and life long friendships.
If you are an advanced painter or a novice painter, or someone who has never picked up a paintbrush but has always wanted to try, maybe True Blue has something to offer you.
